DIN Rail (EN 60715) mounting enclosures for electronic products according to DIN 43880

Features

XTS DD (Double Deck) assemblable on DIN Rail guides (EN 60715), has been projected to offer a wide surface useful on 3-4 PCBs that can be put inside through pins strip, suggested in the specifications. Moreover, either fix and plug-in terminals can be inserted, on two floors per side, offering up to 24 poles pitch 5mm on the 2M. The terminal covers are no more necessary because already foreseen directly on the mould in the most required combinations. Customizations are anyway possible to be done thanks to the CNC machinings starting from the enclosure closed version or directly by mould.

Through the development of inserts for the mould tool, the Modulbox XTS series can be customised according to Customers’ specific requirements at extremely affordable costs.

2M XTS DD A

There are several standard versions of type A: 53-A: version 53-A retains the possibility of mounting the panels. Furthermore, the various versions of the 53-A form provide for the possibility of many combinations of equipment with the most common terminals or connectors currently available on the market, on both sides of the container. Finally, there is the possibility of having specific variants on customer requests with a minimum number of pieces ordered.

2M XTS DD B

It is the model with a higher shoulder for the use of components of greater volume. It has been designed for the snap-fit assembly of two different printed circuits (CSA, CSB). Form 53-B retains the possibility of panel mounting. Furthermore, the various versions of the 53-B form provide for the possibility of many combinations of equipment with the most common terminals or connectors currently available on the market, on only one side of the container. There is the possibility of having specific variants on customer requests with a minimum number of pieces ordered.

2M XTS C

This type allows the maximum space for the electronic components. 53-C has been designed to allow the snap-in lock assembling of two printed circuit boards (CSA, CSC), have large dimensions. This type can be produced as the closed version upon request for a relatively low quantity.
