Modulbox Spacer 4M

Plastic enclosure with DIN rail mounting. Width 72mm, depth 90mm and total height 120mm when used with MODULBOX COMPACT or 150mm when used with MODULBOX XTS.

It is designed to allow the widest combination and capacity of PCBA inside. It is developed to be used together with the enclosures of MODULBOX XTS COMPACT series but it is also compatible with the entire MODULBOX XTS series, should a transparent or removable front panel be required.

The MODULBOX SPACER XTS therefore consists in a kit enclosure that can be either the MODULBOX COMPACT XTS or the MODULBOX XTS together with the relative SPACER and both must be ordered.

Inside the SPACER MODULBOX XTS 4M there are 6+6 rails for the Horizontal PCBs with a thickness of 1.6 mm and 5+5 of 1mm thickness. For the vertical circuits, on the other hand, there are 4+4 rails for 1.6mm thickness and 3+3 for 1mm thickness.

The PCB-S-A circuit must also be provided, either on the base or on the top of the SPACER, as motherboards for the electrical and mechanical connection of all vertical circuits.

The standard version of the MODULBOX SPACER XTS is completely closed on all 4 sides, but it can be easily customized with CNC machinings such as openings for ventilation, terminal outlet, etc. and with digital printing on all 4 sides.
